Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for wholesale customers is $200. Payment is required before any items are shipped (see Payment Terms below).

Product Selection

White Squirrel Clayworks, LLC reserves the right to determine which products are available for wholesale purchase.

How to Place an Order

1) To apply for wholesale, please register for a wholesale account at www.WSCWholesale.com for review.

2) Once approved, you will be able to view wholesale pricing, inventory availability, and place orders directly through the site.

MSRP (Minimum Suggested Retail Price)

All products must be sold at a 100% minimum markup (e.g., a $1.00 wholesale item must be sold at $2.00 or more).
Retailers may offer discounts after a reasonable period of time at MSRP.

Online Sales Policy

Wholesale accounts are intended for brick-and-mortar retailers or online stores with their own independent websites.
Selling on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook groups, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination.

Photography Usage

Retailers who order through our website or through IndieMe/Faire have access to our professional product photography. Photos are available on our site. Any use by unauthorized vendors is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of our in-house photography agreement.  Use of Social Media Content: The use of any content from White Squirrel Clayworks, LLC’s social media channels is strictly prohibited without written permission from White Squirrel Clayworks, LLC. Violators may be subject to legal action.

Wholesale Pricing

Approved wholesalers can view pricing by logging into www.WSCWholesale.com. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, although confirmed pricing will be honored.
(If you do not immediately see wholesale pricing after approval, try logging out and logging back in.)

Lead Time

All pottery is handmade and made-to-order. Please allow approximately 45 days for pottery items.

 - Soap, tea, and candles may ship sooner.

 - Orders of only soap, tea, or candles typically ship in 15–20 days.

Payments

Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
We accept:

- PayPal

Credit Card Pre-Authorization:
A card is required at the time of ordering. We pre-authorize the card (you may see a temporary "pending" charge), but we do not charge it until the order ships. You will receive an invoice to finalize payment before shipping.

Shipping

- FREE shipping for orders shipped to the lower 48 states.

- Orders to other areas will receive discounted rates.

- We aim to ship by the confirmed ship date, but please allow for delays during peak seasons (April–June, October–December) or inclement weather.

Returns

Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us directly to request a return.

Coupon & Discount Codes

Wholesale purchases are not eligible for coupon or discount codes unless explicitly stated. Our wholesale prices already reflect reduced margins.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
Report any damages or defects within 3 business days to:

We reserve the right to refund, replace, or otherwise resolve issues at our discretion. In some cases, we may require damaged products to be returned before issuing credit.
